- Additional Service: The Investor Platform supports entrepreneurs in preparing for the sales process or securing investors. The package includes preparatory and analytical work to create an information memorandum along with an investor presentation. It also covers the preparation of a confidentiality agreement (NDA), ensuring that information and documents can be securely shared with potential investors.
- The packages do not include transaction consulting, wherein Start Invest, as an advisor, seeks capital for development or a buyer for the company. Transaction advisory services are negotiated individually with each client and are based on a success fee arrangement.
- Additionally, consulting fees are determined individually based on the size and complexity of the given transaction. These fees are most often charged as a 'success fee,' meaning a fee paid by the seller if the transaction is successfully completed.
